I´ve looking everywhere but can´t find it anywhere.

I've had this cartoon on my walls since it was given to me more than 5 years ago by a teacher while I was in college. I have yet to meet life so therefore its impossible for me to know about it's meaning. Natural talent I don't have any and inspiration has been missing lately
